Those are the bags you need to put the things in that you want to sell while in trader mode. There are several NPC merchants in the bazaar, many have some very handy inventory including trade-skill items and spells, but I will only list the most important.
Even with the nice new weightless coins, it’s kinda a pain to zone/gate/port out of the bazaar with the wrong bags so it’s still best to remember to do your banking first, especially if you’ve been up as trader. If you do find yourself encumbered in this way though, buffs and especially mounts can be a big help. Thank goodness! And as for the satchels most players will not be so loaded down by them that they can’t move at all, as used to be the case with the coin. But thanks to a patch a little while back we no longer have to worry about carrying lots of coin around in the world.
